Services · AI Search & ChatGPT Ads
AI search optimisation in Bahrain, for buyers who ask before they search.
Your next customer may ask ChatGPT, Gemini or Google’s AI features for a shortlist before they ever open a website. We make your business easier to find, understand and choose across AI-powered search, through content, technical foundations and accurate business information, with a separately managed ChatGPT advertising service when paid reach makes sense.
The opportunity
The shortlist is written before you’re searched for.
Researching a venue, comparing schools or choosing a property agent used to start with ten blue links. Increasingly it starts with a question to an AI assistant, and the answer names two or three businesses. If the assistant cannot find you, describe you accurately, or find anyone else vouching for you, you are not on that shortlist, whatever your Google ranking.
This is not the end of SEO. Google’s guidance for its AI features still points to the fundamentals: crawlable pages, clear content, real authority. AI search optimisation is those fundamentals done properly, plus making sure the facts about your business are consistent everywhere an assistant looks, and that your content answers the questions buyers actually ask.
We learned this on our own website. GOamplify ranks for the Bahrain agency searches that matter to us, and a growing number of new enquiries open with “we found you on ChatGPT”, long before we ran a single ad there.
- Google Search, including AI Overviews and AI Mode
- ChatGPT, including its search and shopping answers
- Gemini, Copilot, Perplexity and Claude
- The maps, directories and review sites assistants read
Two different jobs
Organic visibility and paid ads do different jobs.
We can help with both. But buying an ad does not buy a place in ChatGPT’s answers: OpenAI states that ads run on separate systems from the chat model and do not influence what ChatGPT says.
Earn your place in the answer.
Work on your website, content and business information so assistants and search engines can find you, describe you correctly and cite you for the questions your buyers ask. It compounds over months and keeps working when you stop spending.
- Audit and baseline of how you appear today
- Technical and content fixes on your site
- Consistent business facts and credible third-party coverage
- Measured by sampled AI mentions, search visibility and enquiries
Buy attention, clearly labelled as an ad.
Sponsored placements bought through OpenAI’s Ads Manager and shown to people on ChatGPT’s Free and Go plans, below the end of a response, labelled as sponsored and visually separated from the answer. A tap you can turn on and off, measured on impressions, clicks and what happens on your landing page.
- Suitability check before any spend
- Campaign setup, creative and landing-page alignment
- Media spend paid to OpenAI, management fee kept separate
- Measured by impressions, clicks, tagged visits and enquiries
Together: the organic work makes sure an assistant can describe you well; the ad puts you in front of people whose conversation is relevant. Neither changes the other.
What we do
Six pieces of work, each with an output.
AI visibility audit and baseline
How your business is described and surfaced across a defined sample of relevant searches and AI assistants, in English and Arabic where it matters. Output: a baseline, the gaps and inaccuracies found, representative competitor coverage and a prioritised plan. Not a universal “AI ranking”, because no such thing exists.
Website and technical foundations
Service and location pages, internal links, crawlability, indexing, rendering and accurate structured business information. We check which crawlers can reach you (OpenAI’s search, ads and training crawlers are separate settings; Google’s generative AI features have their own Search Console control) and fix what blocks you, without quietly changing your training preferences. Output: a fixed site and a change log.
Content and buyer questions
Clearer service explanations, useful FAQs, honest comparisons, case studies and expert guides written from what you actually know. No thin articles to inflate page count. Output: a content plan, and pages that answer the questions buyers put to assistants.
Business identity and external credibility
Consistent services, locations, credentials and profiles across your site, maps, directories and social channels, then legitimate opportunities for accurate third-party coverage and relevant listings. No fake reviews, undisclosed paid endorsements or spam mentions, ever. Output: a corrected footprint and a coverage shortlist.
ChatGPT advertising
Suitability assessment, campaign planning, account setup within the permissions OpenAI supports, creative, landing-page alignment and optimisation against the evidence the platform gives us. Media spend and agency fees stay separate. Output: live campaigns and a plain-English report. More on ChatGPT Ads below.
Measurement and iteration
Search performance, sampled AI mentions and citations, identifiable referral traffic, advertising results and qualified enquiries, reviewed together on a schedule. Output: one report that says what changed, what we think caused it and what we do next.
ChatGPT Ads · Paid
ChatGPT advertising, run by people who have actually run it.
We have hands-on experience running campaigns through OpenAI Ads Manager Beta, on our own account first. That is exactly as much as we claim: we know the buying options, the reporting and the gaps, because we are in the account every day.
What we do for you
Setup to optimisation.
We start with a suitability assessment: is your offer something people ask an assistant about, does your landing page answer the question on a phone, can the platform deliver to the market you sell to, and does your category pass OpenAI’s ad policies? Financial, health and legal services ads are US-only for now, individual property and job listings are prohibited, and alcohol, gambling, dating and political ads are disallowed, so we check first. The advertiser account is yours: OpenAI ties it to your legal entity and billing, and we work inside it with the access you grant.
- Suitability, category and policy check before any spend
- Campaign planning: objective (per impression, per click or conversion-optimised), countries, platforms, budget
- Account setup and verification, in your own account
- Creative and landing pages for the one ad format that exists today: name, title, copy, image, link
- Static tracking parameters and OpenAI’s pixel, so ad visits stay separate from organic ChatGPT referrals
- Optimisation and plain-English reporting
Impressions reported in the first four days of our own campaign.
Clicks reported in the same period.
Share of those impressions served inside the ChatGPT iOS and Android apps.
GOamplify’s own account, 3 to 6 September 2026. One campaign, days old, platform-reported and unaudited: shown to illustrate what the reporting contains, not to predict your results.
Open to Bahrain advertisers
OpenAI’s availability page listed Bahrain for self-service advertiser access when we checked on 7 September 2026, and our own campaign runs from Bahrain, targets Bahrain and is serving impressions there. That list is about where the advertiser is billed, not where ads are shown: Bahrain, the UAE, Qatar and Kuwait all appear in the campaign location catalogue; Saudi Arabia is currently not available. We confirm delivery inside the account before we promise it.
No prompt or language targeting
Ads are matched to the context of a conversation through “context hints”, which are not keywords and guarantee nothing. Targeting is by country, platform and custom audience; there is no language targeting, so the Arabic or English decision is made per campaign. You cannot buy an exact prompt, you cannot see anyone’s private conversation, and reporting is aggregated.
Ads do not change answers
OpenAI states that ads run on separate systems from the chat model and do not influence ChatGPT’s answers. If anyone tells you a campaign will improve your organic recommendations, that is not how the platform works.
How an engagement works
Assess, prioritise, implement, measure, refine.
1 · Assess
We audit how you appear across a defined sample of searches and assistant prompts, your site’s technical state and your business footprint. You receive a baseline and a prioritised plan.
2 · Prioritise
Not everything matters equally. We rank fixes by the enquiries they are likely to unlock and agree the scope. You receive a scoped proposal: what we do, what you do, what it costs.
3 · Implement
Site fixes, content, credibility work, and paid campaigns if they fit. You receive the changes themselves, plus a change log you can hand to anyone.
4 · Measure and refine
We re-run the same prompt sample, read search performance and enquiry sources, and adjust. You receive a plain-English report and the next month’s priorities.
Engagements start with the audit. Implementation follows as a project, with optional ongoing support. We publish no fixed package because scope depends on your site, your market and your languages.
Illustrations
Three buyer journeys, and what we would fix.
Hypothetical examples, written to show the work. They are not real ad matches, real customer prompts or campaign results.
A venue for the annual corporate Iftar
A company asks an assistant which venues in Bahrain can host its annual Iftar for a hundred and fifty colleagues during Ramadan. The answer needs capacity, Iftar menus and packages, prayer facilities, parking and available dates stated plainly on an event-space page it can read, and other sites describing the venue the same way. We would optimise the event-space pages and the structured business details, tidy the listings, then run a clearly labelled seasonal ChatGPT ad in the weeks before Ramadan.
A school for a relocating family
A parent asks which British-curriculum schools near Saar have places in Year 4 and what the fees are. The answer draws on admissions pages, fee pages and third-party coverage. We would make admissions, fees, curriculum and locations unambiguous, add honest comparisons, and measure enrolment enquiries by source.
A buyer comparing beachfront developments
A buyer asks an assistant to compare the latest beachfront residential developments in Bahrain: location, unit types, payment plans, handover dates and the developer behind each. The answer draws on the developers’ own project pages, the portals and press coverage. We would make every development page state those facts plainly, keep them consistent across portals and listings, and add honest comparisons built around the questions buyers actually ask. Ads for individual property listings are prohibited on ChatGPT, so any campaign would promote the development itself rather than a specific unit, subject to OpenAI’s review.
Why GOamplify
Search, content, websites and paid media, under one roof.
Google Premier Partner
The only official Google Premier Partner in Bahrain. Years of search campaigns and conversion tracking are the foundation this work is built on. The credential is about Google Ads; it is not a claim about AI results.
English and Arabic, natively
Strategists, writers and producers in-house, working in both languages. Gulf buyers ask assistants in Arabic, English and a mix of the two, so the answers need to find you in all three.
We build and run the sites
Bilingual, conversion-first websites with SEO foundations and analytics. When a technical fix is needed, our developers make it, on your site or on one we built.
We do this for ourselves first
GOamplify’s own website is where we learn: Bahrain rankings we earned, enquiries that start with “we found you on ChatGPT”, and our own campaigns in OpenAI Ads Manager Beta. We bring what we learn to you, and we say when something is unproven.
What we measure
Indicators, then traffic, then enquiries, in that order of caution.
AI search visibility
- Sampled AI mentions and citations: a fixed set of commercially relevant prompts, re-run on a schedule with language, market, model and date recorded. A diagnostic, not a share-of-voice score.
- Search Console: impressions, clicks and the queries behind them, plus Google’s generative AI report (impressions only) for AI Overviews and AI Mode.
- Identifiable referral traffic from assistants, labelled partial because much discovery never produces a trackable visit.
- Qualified enquiries, and what the enquirer says about how they found you.
ChatGPT Ads
- Impressions, clicks, click-through rate, average cost per click and per thousand, spend and conversions, with device and country breakdowns, from OpenAI’s Ads Manager.
- Tagged landing-page visits, kept separate from organic ChatGPT referrals with static campaign parameters.
- Conversions through OpenAI’s pixel or Conversions API where set up, reported a day or two behind.
- Enquiries and what they turned into. No prompt-to-conversion attribution, because it does not exist.
